Mesyuarat Am telah diadakan semalam 14 Ocktober 2016!untuk membincangkan isu-isu berbangkit seperti clearing, tekanan daripada pegawai, tak cukup staf, time off, cuti sakit, kerja lebih masa pada hari rehat atau selepas waktu kerja biasa, penutupan cawangan, pemindahan tempat kerja dan jawatan baru.
Setiausaha Cawangan NUBE KLSP, Sis A Karuna menerangkan hak pekerja serta hak majikan bagi setiap perkara tersebut di atas. Beliau juga menekankan IRC yang mempunyai peranan yang cukup penting harus kuatkuasakan peranan itu demi berkerjasama dengan ahli dan majikan demi menjaga keharmonian di tempat kerja dan elakkan stress.
Mesyuarat juga membuat lantikan wakil NUBE (IRC) baru.
Turut serta bagi mesyuarat ini adalah AJK NUBE KLSP Sdr Fauzie and Sis Azlina serta Sdr Haiqal dan Ariff wakil kerja NUBE.
