SEMINAR GRASSROOT NUBE KLSP adalah langkah pertama mempelajari hak asasi manusia terutamanya hak asasi di tempat kerja.
Sebelum Seminar Grassroot, kita berpendapat majikan berada pada taraf yang lebih tinggi berbanding dengan para pekerja. Selepas Seminar Grassroot NUBE KLSP, para perserta dapat menghayati taraf sebenar pekerja, iaitu:
Pekerja wujud sebelum dan bebas daripada Majikan; Majikan adalah hasil daripada tenaga pekerja, yang menjana keuntungan majikan. Tenaga pekerja lebih unggul berbanding dengan majikan dan perlu diberi pertimbangan yang lebih tinggi. Pada masa yang sama pihak majikan juga mempunyak hak yang perlu dilindungi seperti hak yang lain.
Discipline diri di tempat kerja, integrity dan pemahaman prosedur operasi standard menjadi tekanan di dalam Seminar Grassroot NUBE KLSP.
