26.9.2022, Georgetown, Pulau Pinang -Satu sesi dialog yang diketuai oleh Pengerusi NUBE NR-PKP Sdr Abdul Jamil Haji Jalaludeen bersama Ahli Jawatankuasanya telah diadakan bersama ahli-ahli CIMB Air Itam, Pulau Pinang telah diadakan bagi membincangkan isu Penilaian Prestasi Kerja serta isu berbangkit di tempat kerja dan juga diikuti dengan perlantikan barisan IRCs yang baru. Pengerusi juga berpesan agar para ahli mematuhi arahan dan bekerja dengan penuh intergriti.
Ahli-ahli sangat gembira dengan penjelasan dan nasihat yang diberikan oleh kepimpinan NUBE NR-PKP dan berjanji dengan pelantikan IRCs yang baru akan memikul tanggungjawab serta memainkan peranan penting bagi mengekalkan keharmonian di tempat kerja.
