Demi kesinambungan didalam mengeratkan hubungan solidariti tersebut, rombongan Delegasi NIBA yang diketuai oleh Ketua SC Saudara Pak Idris Palar bersama Saudara Haji Astamar Bendahara Umum telah disambut oleh Setiausaha Agung NUBE merangkap Setiausaha Agung Malaysian TUC, bersama-sama dengan Timbalan Presiden NUBE Sdr Abdul Jamil dan Naib Presiden NUBE Sdr Chee Yeeh Ceeu.
Perjumpaan tersebut telah membincangkan beberapa aktiviti-aktiviti penting untuk kaum pekerja bagi mengeratkan hubungan silaturahim serta solidariti kedua-dua pihak.
Saudara J.Solomon berpendapat aktiviti-aktiviti sebegini dapat dilaksanakan sebagai salah satu platform memperkukuhkan jalinan kerjasama antara dua negara, membuka minda serta berkongsi idealogi-idealogi Kesatuan Sekerja dari kedua negara yang serumpun demi memartabatkan Warga Pekerja dari kedua negara.
Semoga perjumpaan diantara NUBE Malaysia dan NIBA ini akan memberi manfaat kepada kedua Kesatuan dan ahli-ahlinya dan terus memperkukuhkan semangat Solidariti.
