Pada 6/10/2017, Ahli Jawatankuasa NUBE SMJ dijemput untuk menghadiri perjumpaan dengan ahli-ahli di CIMB cawangan tersebut. Ianya dihadiri oleh Sdri Zaiharini, Sdri Shahaila dan Sdri Siti Hajar.
Dalam perjumpaan tersebut ahli jawatankuasa telah memberi taklimat berkenaan E-Learning dan mereka telah menyuarakan beberapa permasalahan di tempat kerja.
Sdri Zaiharini telah pun menerangkan secara terperinci setiap permasalahan dan ahli telah faham serta menerima penerangan tersebut dengan jelas.
Mereka juga digalakkan mengaktifkan diri dalam aktiviti NUBE, menghadiri seminar atau kursus yang dianjurkan oleh NUBE.
Beliau juga telah menekankan pentingnya setiap ahli mematuhi polisi dan prosedur Bank. Oleh itu, semua ahli berpuashati dengan penjelasan tersebut. Mesyuarat telah berakhir pada jam 7.30pm.
