HSBC Bank M Bhd and NUBE have been in discussion over the above.
We had initially objected to Allianz Insurance covering the Healthpass as we were concerned with the poor services rendered by Allianz during our working relationship with Allianz over a period of two (2) years.
HSBC Bank M Bhd then confirmed that only MiCare will be handling medical administration.
In this circumstance; we have no objection to the medical administration by MiCare.
Members can go ahead and accept the MiCare Medical Card for self and family members.
There is some fine tuning to be made to the terms and conditions of the medical administration by MiCare; after which a detailed communication will be sent to all members in due course
