HSBC Bank Malaysia telah melangkaui batas toleransi sehubungan dengan pertikaian perusahaan yang semakin meningkat dimana 80% daripada pekerja yang terlibat adalah wanita.
NUBE mengutuk tindakan berikut oleh Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif HSBC Bank, Stuard Milne kerana:
1. Gagal menerima jemputan dialog sosial untuk menyelesaikan pertikaian perusahaan yang semakin meningkat. Stuard Milne menolak dialog sosial sejak permulaan pertikaian perusahaan pada suku keempat 2018. Dia bahkan membungkuk rendah menggunakan tipu helah semata-mata untuk mengelak perbincangan.
2. Gagal menghadiri mesyuarat resolusi pertikaian perusahaan dimana pihak-pihak terlibat dijemput oleh Kementerian Sumber Manusia untuk cuba menyelesaikan pertikaian yang semakin meningkat demi kebaikan keharmonian industri. Stuart Milne tidak menghormati Kementerian Sumber Manusia Yang telah berusaha untuk membawa pihak ke meja rundingan. Sebaliknya, beliau menghantar pegawai HR yang tidak berupaya menyelesaikan masalah hadiri ke mesyuarat tersebut.
3. Gagal mengutamakan hak asasi manusia dan hak asasi yang terkandung di dalam perjanjian kolektif. Stuard Milne menggalakkan perbankan yang tidak beretika dan membela kakitangan Penyelia dan Pengurus yang mempunyai perangai terkutuk dan eksploitatif.
