NUBE Northern Region PKP telah melakar sejarah sekali lagi dimana Pengerusi NUBE Northern Region PKP merangkap Timbalan Presiden NUBE Malaysia Sdr Abdul Jamil Haji Jalaludeen telah dianugerahkan Pingat Kelakuan Terpuji (PKT) sempena Hari Ulang Tahun Ke-81 TYT Yang Di-Pertua Negeri Pulau Pinang Tun Dato' Seri Utama (DR.) Haji Abdul Rahman Bin Haji Abbas.
Pingat ini dikurniakan kepada individu-individu yang menunjukkan jasa-jasa yang terpuji ataupun menunjukkan kecekapan di dalam sesuatu lapangan. Orang itu memiliki budi pekerti dan adat resam yang baik dan terpuji.
Penganugerahan ini dikurniakan diatas pengiktirafan oleh Kerajaan Negeri Pulau Pinang di atas perkhidmatan cemerlang yang telah beliau berikan kepada warga pekerja dan NUBE demi memartabatkan warga kaum pekerja khususnya di sektor industri perbankan.
