Bro J Solomon who graced the NUBE KLSP Intermediate Seminar for the dialogue session shared many insights of unfair labour practices practiced by some irresponsible Banks and Bank Negara Malaysia.

Responding to an array of questions, largely focused on security of tenure; Bro J Solomon empathized that the management of these irresponsible banks would stab you in the bank then ask you why you are bleeding? 
Because, it is financially profitable to them to dispense crap wrapped in beautiful language.

Whilst they demand “integrity” from workers; these irresponsible management are like pennies, two faced and worthless.

Therefore, workers must be extremely alert to observe and detect the deceptions posed by these irresponsible management.

Those banks that say there will be no more clerical functions is akin to saying that there will be no more banks. These banks are ungrateful, unappreciative, fascist; safeguarding their personal gains by feeding corporate greed.

In fact, these banks must be named and shamed; and, the public should reject management of banks that have no “integrity”.
