Memetik laporan BERNAMA melalui portal BH Online bertarikh 23.4.2021, pihak MEF mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Menteri Sumber Manusia dan Kementeriannya kerana telah melonggarkan penguatkuasaan Akta Standard Minimum Perumahan (Akta 446) sehingga Disember tahun ini.
Sebelum itu, MEF telah merayu kepada kerajaan untuk memberikan masa untuk majikan untuk mematuhi peruntukan akta itu bagi mengelak dari dikenakan hukuman berat di bawah akta tersebut.
Perkara ini amatlah menghairankan kerana pada November 2020 yang lalu, Menteri Sumber Manusia sendiri mengakui bahawa akta ini sangat sesuai dan perlu bagi memastikan ianya selaras dengan standard operasi COVID-19.
Adakah kelonggaran dan kenyataan berbolak-balik ini bermakna Menteri Sumber Manusia pro kapitalis kerana akur dan memihak hanya kepada majikan? Apa pendapat anda?
