Georgetown, 5hb April 2018 – Cuaca panas terik tidak melunturkan semangat 420 ahli-ahli NUBE Northern Region PKP untuk turun ke medan Piket meneruskan Piket edisi ke 3 apabila tidak dapat berkompromi dengan kezaliman HSBC dan tindakan-tindakan HSBC bercanggah dengan hak kesatuan dan tidak berperikemanusiaan, menyarung T-shirt putih dengan tulisan "HSBC BANK CHEATS WORKERS” menunjukkan sokongan solidariti kepada rakan-rakan yang telah dimangsakan oleh pihak pengurusan HSBC.
Tindakan Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif HSBC Bank, Stuard Milne yang kejam dan zalim serta kepincangan pihak pengurusan HSBC Bank ini telah mengakibatkan perlindungan untuk hak dan kebajikan pekerja semakin terhakis. Lantaran itu, NUBE NR PKP bertekad akan terus memberikan sokongan padu kepada ahli-ahli HSBC memperjuangkan isu ini sehingga selesai.
