NUBE Ipoh telah menganjurkan satu “Grassroots Level Seminar” di Lower Perak Club, Teluk Intan pada hari Sabtu, 17 Mac 2018. Para peserta yang hadiri seminar tersebut ialah ahli-ahli dari Teluk Intan, Hutan Melintang, Langkap, Kampar dan Pulau Pangkor.
Objektif seminar sehari tersebut adalah untuk memberi kesedran kepada ahli-ahli lebih memahami tentang Perjanjian Kolektif serta peranan, hak dan tanggungjawab mereka sebagai ahli kesatuan dan pekerja bank.
Seminar ini dikendalikan oleh Tenaga Pengajar Kebangsaan, Bro Chen Ka Fatt bersama Tenaga Pengajar Cawangan yang baru, Bro Mohamad Syukri bin Mustaffa dan Bro Edwin Salomon.
Semasa sesi dialog di akhir seminar, Bro R Chandrasekharan, pemimpin Cawangan Zon Perak Selatan mengucapkan penghargaannya terhadap penyertaan aktif dari semua peserta.
Para Peserta turut membalas dengan merakamkan terima kasih kepada Pegawai-Pegawai NUBE Ipoh atas memberi peluang belajar ilmu pengetahuan berharga buat mereka yang akan memberi manfaat dan membantu mereka dalam kerja harian mereka.
