THE leadership of the National Union of Bank Employees (NUBE) wishes to thank its members for participating in the recent nationwide survey on the issue related to housing affordability.
As stated, we managed to obtain the views of 1,000 members who participated as respondents in the study titled “NUBE Campaign Zero Percent Interest Rate Housing Loans”, which was conducted between 30th May and 2nd June, 2016.
The study is indeed important for the Union in providing a comprehensive presentation to the Banks in the near future.
Based on initial reports received, the Exco is pleased and appreciative of the strong cooperation from its members in materialising this study. As previously stressed by the Exco, the success of the Union’s undertakings greatly lies in the solid support from members.
The Exco also wishes to extend its heartfelt appreciation to the Malayan Commercial Banks’ Association (MCBA) as well as the management of the respective bank branches for their relentless cooperation to NUBE officials during the conduct of this study.
Similarly, we take great pleasure in acknowledging and extend our heartfelt appreciation to all Research Officers, and staff at the Branches and Headquarters for their utmost sacrifice and commitment. Thank you to all!
