Sempena sambutan Hari Pekerja 2022, NUBE turut meraikan mantan Ketua Perhubungan Perusahaan dan Pematuhan Kumpulan Maybank, En Looi Heong Meng, yang telah bersara baru-baru ini. Beliau kini merupakan Pemangku Pengarah Eksekutif MCBA.
Bagi NUBE, En Looi merupakan seorang "rakan karib" dalam memelihara perhubungan perusahaan yang harmoni dan mengekalkan dialog sosial yang baik sepanjang masa.
