Langkawi pada jam 6.30 petang yang telah disampaikan oleh Puan Dorothy wakil ejen AIA dari Kuala Lumpur. Seramai 33 org ahli sekitar zone Langkawi telah hadir untuk mendengar taklimat ini.
Majlis ini telah dimulakan dengan ucapan kata aluan daripada Saudara Mohamad Ilyas Humayoon Kabeer selaku ketua zone yang juga merupakan Bendahari Kehormat cawangan NUBE Wilayah Utara merangkap ahli Exco NUBE Malaysia dan diikuti dengan ucapan pembukaan ringkas oleh Pengerusi Cawangan NUBE Wilayah Utara merangkap Timbalan Presiden NUBE Malaysia Saudara Abdul Jamil Jalaludeen.
Seisi taklimat diselangi dengan soal jawab juga telah diadakan antara ahli dengan wakil AIA.
Segala persoalan dan masalah yang diajukan telah dijawab dan semua ahli faham.
Sejurus selepas taklimat ini, seisi dialog bersama-sama kepimpinan NUBE cawangan dan ahli juga telah diadakan untuk mengemaskini ke semua aktiviti dan perkembangan baru kesatuan.
Seisi taklimat berakhir pada jam 8.00 malam dan semua ahli telah dijamu dengan jamuan makan malam bersama yang telah disediakan oleh De Baron Resort.
