Perbentangan perjanjian bersama MCBA/NUBE ke 4 telah diadakan di Dewan Kelab Melayu,KM Plaza,Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.
Seramai 200 orang ahli telah menghadiri mesyuarat tersebut dan tumpuan penuh diberikan tatkala mendengar amanat dan taklimat yang disampaikan oleh Setiausaha Agung NUBE Sdr J.Solomon.
Mesyuarat berakhir dengan persetujuan sebulat suara dan mandat telah diberikan dari ahli ahli yang hadir kepada NEC untuk menandatangani perjanjian.
