Kursus Grassroot NUBE KLSP atau lebih dikenali sebagai Kursus asas Hak Asasi Manusia di dalam bidang pekerjaan menjadi langkah yang penting untuk setiap ahli NUBE.
Pelbagai persoalan dibangkitkan oleh ahli contohnya; perihal “time off”, kehadiran, cuti sakit, kadar faedah pinjaman perumahan, KPI, sasaran yang tinggi, tekanan, keselamatan di tempat kerja, terlalu banyak kerja tambahan daripada tugasan harian, pegawai yang suka membuli pekerja dan lain-lain.
Apabila para peserta membincang dan mendapat idea untuk jalan penyelesaian, mereka sedar bahawa hak asasi mereka sangat luas dan NUBE KLSP bersedia membantu.
Kursus ini dianjurkan hampir setiap bulan oleh NUBE KLSP dan setiap ahli NUBE perlu menghadiri kursus ini.
NUBE KLSP mendorong setiap ahli merebut peluang mempelajari hak asasi ini.
