Laporan berita harian dan orang awam telah memberi pujian dan penghargaan kepada semua kakitangan barisan hadapan, doktor, jururawat dan kakitangan kesihatan yang berdedikasi yang tugas utamanya memerlukan banyak pengorbanan, contohnya tidur dan masa bersama keluarga termasuk halangan harian untuk penyediaan penjagaan yang selamat dan berkualiti kepada pesakit.
Dalam masa yang tidak pernah berlaku sebelum ini, jarang terdapat perakuan dan pengiktirafan kepada kakitangan lain dalam perkhidmatan penting seperti perkhidmatan perbankan yang diperlukan untuk terus memberi perkhidmatan kepada orang ramai. Pekerja bank telah menunjukkan keberanian menawarkan perkhidmatan perbankan yang tidak berbelah bagi kepada semua orang dari permulaan PKP.
Marilah kita memberikan sekalung penghargaan kepada pekerja-pekerja bank barisan hadapan ini yang merupakan *"Wira Tidak Didendang"* pada detik-detik memerlukan ini.
