6 Oktober 2022, Bukit Mertajam, Pulau Pinang - Sdr Karthigasan Nadarajan dan Sdr Mohamad Rizal Othman Ahli Jawatankuasa Cawangan telah membuat lawatan ke beberapa cawangan di Bukit Mertajam Antara cawangan-cawangan Bank yang dilawati adalah UOB Bukit Mertajam dan CIMB Bank Sri Rambai.
Pegawai-Pegawai NUBE telah berjumpa dengan ahli-ahli dan menyampaikan amanat dari NUBE HQ iaitu Ahli-ahli NUBE perlu menerima perubahan yang sedang berlaku dalam industri bank. Teguran juga diberikan kepada segelintir ahli-ahli NUBE yang tidak mahu @ enggan menerima perubahan, tidak mahu menerima 'upskilling', 'reskilling' dan 'empowerment' dan tidak mahu hadir sesi latihan.
Ahli-Ahli telah menyambut baik serta menerima kunjungan dan mengalu- alukan kehadiran Pegawai-Pegawai Kesatuan NUBE.
