Pada 15 Oktober 2021, NUBE Ipoh mengatur satu mesyuarat secara maya dengan ahli-ahli di Maybank, Ipoh Garden.
Mesyuarat ini dipengerusikan oleh Bro Zubir Ahmad (Naib Pengerusi) dengan pegawai-pegawai lain, Sis Sharen Kaur, Sis Jaya Sheila, Bro Shahril dan Bro Syukri Kamil.
Dalam pertemuan itu, semua ahli diberi taklimat mengenai NUBE-AIA GHSI, NUBE-Great Eastern Insurance Scheme dan diikuti dengan sesi dialog dengan Union Officials. Selain itu,ahli-ahli dinasihatkan untuk mengambil inisiatif dalam mengunjungi media sosial NUBE seperti NUBE Facebook dan Radio NUBE setiap hari untuk mendapatkan maklumat terkini mengenai pekerja dan isu-isu lain yang berkaitan dengan mereka.Ia akan menjadi satu platform secara maya untuk mendekati ahli dalam suasana pandamik ini.
Ahli-ahli berasa gembira dan menghargai Pegawai-pegawai Kesatuan kerana mengadakan pertemuan yang bermanfaat walaupun pada masa Covid-19 yang mencabar ini.
