Persekutuan Kesatuan Kesatuan Pekerja-Pekerja Bank Dan Institusi-Institusi Kewangan (Federation of Trade Unions of Employees in Banking & Financial Institutions) yang lebih dikenali sebagai FUBFI adalah Federasi Gabungan Kesatuan-Kesatuan Sekerja di dalam Industry Perbankan dan Kewangan.
Federasi ini bertujuan untuk membantu warga pekerja di dalam industri perbankan dan kewangan yang menjadi ahli kesatuan Gabungan. Federasi ini diaktifkan semata-mata untuk membantu warga pekerja industri perbankan dan kewangan berhadapan dengan cabaran-cabaran pekerjaan di dalam industri ini.
FUBFI telah mengadakan satu Persidangan Perwakilan Khas di Ibu Pejabat NUBE, Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur pada 16 April 2018.
Barisan Kepimpinan Utama yang baharu bagi tahun 2018-2020 telah menang tanpa bertanding dalam persidangan berkenaan seperti berikut: -
1) Presiden: Sdr Tan Eng Hong (NUBE)
2) Naib Presiden: Sdr Prem Kumar Appukutty (AME)
3) Setiausaha Agung: Sdr J. Solomon (NUBE)
4) Pen. Setiausaha Agung: Sdr Ragunathan Krishnan (AMCO)
5) Setiausaha Kewangan: Sdri Catherine Jikunan (SBEU)
6) Pen. Setiausaha Kewangan: Sdr Ng Peng Ho (CIMBESU)
Persidangan ini juga telah dihadiri seramai kira-kira 42 perwakilan dari semua gabungan Kesatuan di Industri perbankan termasuk pemerhati iaitu dari kesatuan NUBE, AMCO, AME, SBEU, CIMBESU dan AHBO.
