MAJLIS MENANDATANGANI PERJANJIAN KOLEKTIF NUBE & MCBA 2018 - 2020
Perjanjian Kolektif bersama MCBA/ NUBE ke-18 telah ditandatangani dan dimeterai pada hari ini, 10 Januari 2019 dalam satu upacara yang gilang-gemilang.
Perjanjian kolektif ini antara lain telah memberi ahli-ahli menikmati minima 12% dan 16% pelarasan gaji, tambahan kenaikan gaji tahunan untuk gaji maksima, COLA RM600.00, pinjaman perumahan pada kadar faedah 0% untuk RM100,000.00 yang pertama, cuti keagamaan untuk kakitangan bukan Islam dengan lebih 10 tahun perkhidmatan, lanjutan cuti bersalin ditambahkan kepada 3 bulan pada separuh gaji.
