Pulau Langkawi, Kedah 03hb Ogos 2017 – NUBE Wilayah Utara diketuai oleh Bendahari Kehormat Cawangan Sdr Mohamad Ilyas Humayoon Kabeer yang juga merupakan ketua zon Pulau Langkawi bersama-sama Ahli Jawatankuasa Cawangan NUBE NR dan Ahli Jawatankuasa Kerja NUBE serta wakil dari Sayap Wanita NUBE NR telah melakukan lawatan tugas ke beberapa cawangan bank di sini hari ini.
Mesyuarat Agung Tahunan bagi beberapa bank juga turut diadakan. Bank-bank tersebut adalah di Maybank Berhad cawangan Langkawi dan Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad. Pegawai-pegawai NUBE NR telah disambut baik oleh kesemua ahli-ahli dan mesyuarat telah berlangsung dengan jayanya. Beberapa isu-isu terkini telah disampaikan dan mereka juga sempat berkongsi pendapat dan pandangan.
Disamping itu juga, mereka telah dikemaskinikan dengan program-program NUBE yang bakal diadakan termasuk program pendidikan dan minum petang bersama ahli yang akan dianjurkan oleh pihak NUBE NR di zon Langkawi pada September nanti.
