Menerusi mesyuarat ,Sdra Eswaran mengambil peluang ini untuk mengemaskini Ahli NUBE di Cawangan Bank tersebut mengenai perkembangan isu- isu terkini berkaitan Kesatuan terutamanya isu Bantuan Perayaan(FA) yang sehingga hari ini masih lagi diperjuangkan. Kegagalan Pihak Bank mematuhi Perjanjian Bantuan Perayaan (FA) adalah bukti Ketidakikhlasan Pihak Bank untuk menjaga kebajikan pekerja.
Ahli NUBE dinasihatkan agar kekal dengan arahan NUBE agar tidak menyertai sebarang E - Pembelajaran, Virtual Course dan tidak terlibat dengan sebarang Majlis Sosial bersama Pihak Pengurusan atas kegagalan Pihak Majikan untuk ke meja rundingan bagi menyelesaikan isu Bantuan Kewangan Perayaan
