Penggunaan cuti sakit/kecemasan/ihsan/cuti tahunan berjadual menjadi topik hangat.
Pencerahan di beri bahawa kakitangan harus menggunakan cuti sakit secara berhemah meskipun ianya adalah peruntukkan yang di sediakan dalam Perjanjian Kolektif kita.
Pencerahan juga diberi berkenaan dengan pengunaan cuti-cuti yang lain.
Ahli-ahli di nasihatkan supaya lebih mendekati Kesatuan mereka supaya pemahaman berkenaan dengan syarat syarat pekerjaan boleh difahami dengan lebih mudah.
Ahli-ahli pada akhir mesyuarat memahami peranan yang perlu mereka main dan perihal penggunaan hak mereka.
