Pada 05/10/2017 pegawai kesatuan NUBE SMJ telah dijemput untuk menghadiri perjumpaan dengan ahli-ahli di UOB Seremban. Mesyuarat tersebut dihadiri oleh WC Sdri. Shahaila dan WC Sdra. Rudy Abd Hadi. Dalam perjumpaan tersebut ahli jawatan kuasa telah memberi taklimat akan isu-isu semasa, cara-cara menangani permasalahan di tempat kerja, menggalakkan ahli untuk menghadiri seminar yang dianjurkan oleh NUBE serta mengemaskini ahli jawatankuasa yang sedia ada. Ahli-ahli juga telah dinasihatkan supaya sentiasa berhubung dengan pegawai kesatuan untuk mendapatkan maklumat dan perkembangan terkini. Selain itu juga, Sdri Shahaila menggalakkan khususnya warga pekerja wanita untuk aktifkan diri dalam kepentingan kepimpinan wanita, Osha kaum wanita dan program akan datang yang akan dianjurkan oleh SMJ Branch Woman's Wing untuk mencapaikan wawasan hak kaum pekerja wanita. Mesyuarat ini juga dapat merapatkan hubungan bersama ahli untuk menguatkan lagi barisan NUBE. Ahli-ahli amat berpuashati dengan taklimat yang diberikan dan mesyuarat bersurai pada jam 7.30pm.
