Baru-baru ini, terdapat laporan mengenai kakitangan bank yang disyaki menyonglap RM24.2 juta. Apabila dihubungi, Sdra. J Solomon, Setiausaha Agung NUBE, menegaskan bahawa semua kakitangan bank termasuk pihak Pengurusan seharusnya memiliki tahap INTEGRITI tertinggi.
Beliau menekankan bahawa pihak Pengurusan memikul tanggungjawab untuk menunjukkan teladan penuh kejujuran sebelum berharap perkara yang sama daripada orang bawahan mereka.
