KUALA LUMPUR, 12 Jan (Bernama) — PT Bank Maybank Indonesia TBK (Maybank Indonesia), unit Malayan Banking Bhd (Maybank) bercadang untuk menjual 68.55 peratus kepentingan ekuitinya dalam PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha TBK (WOM Finance) kepada PT Reliance Capital Management (RCM) dengan harga kira-kira RM229.08 juta.
Dalam kenyataan kepada Bursa Malaysia hari ini, Maybank berkata amaun itu ditambah dengan perbezaan antara nilai aset WOM Finance, bagi tahun kewangan berakhir pada 31 Dis, 2016 dan tahun kewangan berakhir 31 Dis, 2015 berkadaran dengan 68.55 peratus kepentingan ekuiti Maybank Indonesia dalam WOM Finance.
