Mesyuarat tersebut berjalan lancar dengan the penerangan berkenaan perkembangan terbaru NUBE dan sesi soal jawab berkaitan permasalahan di tempat kerja yang sering dihadapi oleh pekerja di sana dan ahli diberi nasihat sewajarnya. Ahli juga diingatkan supaya patuh kepada polisi bank dan menjaga displin dalam melakukan tugasan.
Diakhir mesyuarat pelantikan IRC baru bagi sesi 2016-2017 telah dilakukan. Semua ahli bersemangat untuk terus memberi sokongan kepada NUBE.
