HSBC was infamous for repeated money laundering scams and currently known as No. 1 Global Fraudster. The Bank has now gone to the next phase; embarking on demeaning exercises to force the lowest income group in the Bank out of employment. Mr. Callister Koh issued the second round of VSS to the workers in HSBC, giving the reason of ongoing streamlining of processes, restructuring and automation initiatives undertaken by the Bank over the past few months. On 2nd February 2017, two HR officers - Mr. Allan Sunil Netto and Mrs. Prasanna Vasu attended a meeting with NUBE to purportedly explain the Bank?s initiatives. However, in the meeting they merely told the Union when the VSS will be introduced and that it is because of streamlining, restructuring and automation. When NUBE asked for details of the initiatives they remained on mute mode and kept parroting the same words of Mr. Callister Koh has written in the VSS letter to workers today. On one hand the Bank is issuing VSS to lay off workers whilst on the other hand the Bank is employing workers on temporary basis. Mr. Callister Koh, Mr. Allan Sunil Netto and Mrs. Prasanna Vasu heading the Human Resources division of HSBC Bank (M) Bhd possesses characteristics of No. 1 Global Fraudsters. They have no dignity, ethics, values or patriotism for Malaysians and their mission is to wipe out all low-income workers in HSBC Bank with the support of one Mr. John Antony another hoaxer who automates job processes to ensure his survival and fat salary in the Bank. The above personnel are managed by a foreign CEO, Mr. Mukhtar Malik Hussain who has committed violations of Malaysian law and is incapable of writing replies to our letters. We advise all members NOT TO ACCEPT the VSS in view of the following: 1. The VSS offer is the lowest in the country because the Bank claims that the lowest income group is desperate for the money. The Bank is trying its luck to get rid of the clerical in HSBC. 2. It is not a good idea to take the VSS in view of the unpredictable economic climate and the country?s growing debts. It is dangerous for you to be without a job. 3. Many who took the VSS before are today in a worst of situation compared to when they were in the Bank. You will lose all employees benefit.
