Mahkamah telah mengarahkan kedua-dua pihak peguam seperti berikut:-
i. Pertukaran Penggulungan kes akan pada 12.3.2018.
ii. Penggulungan Jawapan pada 26.3.2018.
iii Mahkamah juga memutuskan untuk mengadakan satu tarikh untuk Penggulungan secara lisan pada 5.4.2018 bagi kedua-dua pihak.
