27 September 2022, Nibong Tebal, Pulau Pinang - Sdr Karthigasan Nadarajan, Ahli Jawatankuasa Cawangan bersama Sdr Mohamad Rizal Othman yang juga Ahli Jawatankuasa Cawangan telah membuat lawatan ke beberapa cawangan di Nibong Tebal Antara cawangan-cawangan Bank yang dilawati adalah Public Bank Nibong Tebal dan Maybank Nibong Tebal.
Pegawai-Pegawai NUBE telah berjumpa dengan ahli-ahli dan menyampaikan amanat dari NUBE HQ iaitu Ahli-ahli NUBE perlu menerima perubahan yang sedang berlaku dalam industri bank. Teguran juga diberikan kepada segelintir ahli-ahli NUBE yang tidak mahu @ enggan menerima perubahan, tidak mahu menerima 'upskilling', 'reskilling' dan 'empowerment' dan tidak mahu hadir sesi latihan.
Bagi menjalin hubungan harmoni, kepimpinan NUBE juga mengadakan pertemuan dengan Pengurus Cawangan Public Bank Nibong Tebal, Mr Vincent Lee Su Beng dan juga Penolong Pengurus Cawangan Maybank Nibong Tebal Mr Ananthan Visuvanathan
Ahli-Ahli telah menyambut baik serta menerima kunjungan dan mengalu- alukan kehadiran Pegawai-Pegawai Kesatuan NUBE.
