Maksud: Bercakap besar tetapi tidak bermakna.
Sekiranya anda semua melakukan carian di internet bagi maksud peribahasa “bagai gelegar buluh”, jangan terkejut sekiranya wajah Menteri Sumber Manusia yang keluar di paparan sebagai maksud peribahasa tersebut.
Kita semua dapat lihat bahawa dalam isu-isu penganiayaan pekerja B40 dan M40 di HSBC, Kementerian Sumber Manusia dan jabatan – jabatan di bawahnya terus membisu dan terus komited untuk tidak mengambil apa-apa usaha untuk menyelesaikannya.
Jelas sekali, dua menteri iaitu Menteri Kewangan dan Menteri Sumber Manusia yang ada di dalam kerajaan sekarang hanya pandai bercakap tanpa berbuat apa-apa. Adakah Menteri yang hanya pandai bercakap sebegini layak untuk terus memegang amanah rakyat?
