Muslims across the world celebrate Hari Raya Korban in conjunction with the Hajj pilgrimage annually. Sacrifices are offered and distributed among family, friends and the poor during this holy Aidiladha.

This gesture is a reminder to the fortunate to be thankful to Allah for His blessings and be mindful of those less fortunate and poor as they share the fortune through charity and compassion.

All Muslims, rich and poor, observe and reflect on the sublime ethics and traditions practiced in the community and share wealth with less fortunate. It is reaffirming their faith in Allah and express gratitude for the blessings showered upon them.

Similarly we believe the CEO and COO of Bank MUAMALAT Dato Hj Redza and En Peer Mohamed respectively will observe with their families these fundamental obligations on this holy day.

Unfortunately, for the three victimise and dismissed poor workers namely Sdr. Rosli, Sdr. Zaki and Sdr Azan their livelihood has been robbed by the CEO and COO of Bank MUAMALAT and causing same plight to another five and their families as well.

The vindictive transfer of another poor clerk from Sg Petani to Besut, Trengganu and to separate him from his bedridden mother and family of five is another blatant violation of Islamic principles to another fellow Muslim.

This sinful action carried out for unjust enrichment of Bank MUAMALAT does not speak well of Islamic banking principles. Shareholders enjoying such illicit dividend with their families after destroying the happiness of 8 poor families will have to be answerable to Allah.

To demonstrate the true meaning of Aidiladha this year, it is the duty of Dato Hj Redza to enter into dialogue with NUBE to bring happiness to the 8 poor families in accordance to the binding collective agreement as they reaffirm their faith in Allah.
