Kerajaan mesti menyediakan pekerja masa depan untuk dunia pekerjaan, bermula dari bangku sekolah lagi dengan pengetahuan tentang Hak Asasi Manusia, Hak Kesatuan Sekerja dan Hak Pekerja yang relevan.
Begitu juga dengan program pendidikan berkenaan Hak Asasi Manusia dan Hak Pekerja harus disiarkan di televisyen, sama seperti program PRU yang sedang disiarkan di televisyen nasional.
Topik berkenaan pekerja sepatutnya dididik sama seperti dengan pendidikan moral yang di ajar di sekolah dan pelajar perlu ada pengetahuan hak pekerja pada waktu mereka bersedia mencari pekerjaan.
Dengan era digitalisasi yang semakin cepat mengubah cara kita bekerja dan transformasi perkaitan manusia dalam pelbagai industri, keperluan untuk memahami hak-hak mereka di tempat kerja menjadi keperluan utama untuk kehidupan rakyat Malaysia, sebelum mereka mula bekerja supaya mereka bersedia menghadapi dunia pekerjaan.
