Laporan Polis Serentak oleh Ahli NUBE Seluruh Semenanjung Malaysia
Pagi ini, semua SU Cawangan NUBE bermula dengan PKP, PERAK, KLSP, SMJ dan KT bersama rakan-rakan seperjuangan telah secara serentak membuat laporan polis terhadap YB Steven Sim Chee Keong 沈志强, Menteri Sumber Manusia.
Aduan ini adalah berkenaan dengan penyalahgunaan kuasa menterinya untuk mengubah Perjanjian MOA Bantuan Perayaan, secara satu pihak tanpa pengetahuan satu lagi pihak iaitu, NUBE!!!
YB Steven Sim yang lurus-lurus sumpitan, telah melampaui batas tanggungjawabnya sebagai Menteri Sumber Manusia apabila dia campur dalam perundingan secara sumbang, melanggar prinsip perundingan adil yang dijamin oleh Akta Perhubungan Perushaan 1967 untuk mewujudkan satu perjanjian baru, degan satu pihak.
Pengkhianatan YB Steven Sim yang membelakangkan MOA Bantuan Perayaan bertarikh 5 April 2024, telah mengakibatkan lebih 90% pekerja bank dari golongan B40 dan M40 terima hanya setengah bulan gaji sebagai Bantuan Perayaan yang dibayar sekali sahaja. Selepas ditolak cukai, apa yang tinggal?.
Penyalahgunaan kuasa yang serius ini perlu didedahkan demi masa depan warga pekerja di tanah air ini. NUBE berdiri teguh dengna warga pekerja untuk memastikan tindakan yang sewajarnya diambil terhadap YB Steven Sim.
