NUBE BUAT LAPORAN POLIS TERHADAP MENTERI SUMBER MANUSIA PENYALAHGUNAAN KUASA

Lima cawangan Kesatuan Kebangsaan Pekerja Bank (NUBE) telah membuat laporan polis terhadap Menteri Sumber Manusia, Steven Sim.
Laporan itu dibuat atas penyalahgunaan kuasa dan Steven secara rahsia telah berbincang dengan Persatuan Bank-bank Komersial Malaysia (MCBA) tanpa pengetahuan Majlis Eksekutif Kebangsaan NUBE berkenaan dengan pembayaran Bantuan Perayaan untuk tahun ini.
Dimaklumkan pada 5hb April 2023, NUBE telah menandatangani satu Memorandum Perjanjian (MOA) dengan MCBA yang menetapkan bank membayar satu bulan gaji sebagai Bantuan Perayaan kepada semua ahli-ahlinya.
Walaupun proses runding-damai masih berjalan, Menteri Sumber Manusia yang sepatutnya melindungi kepentingan Pekerja tetapi bersubahat dan bersengkokol dengan Majikan (MCBA) secara rahsia tanpa pengetahuan dan persetujuan NUBE.
