NUBE mengadu kepada Jabatan Tenaga Kerja Semenanjung Malaysia (JTKSM) berkenaan dengan layanan HSBC terhadap pekerja golongan B40 yang telah hilang punca pendapatan akibat daripada kerakusan pihak bank serta pencabulan hak pekerja.
Jelas Pihak JTKSM hanya menjadikan taklimat HSBC sebagai hasil siasatan jabatan.
Kalau begini layanan serta tatacara pengurusan aduan golongan B40 dan M40 melingkuplah Malaysia.
