Sdr Abdul Jamil menekankan bahawa sistem perbankan semakin menjurus ke arah perubahan Artificial intelligence (AI) dan fintech, oleh itu, ahli-ahli perlu menjadi sebagai pekerja yang bertanggungjawab, bermaruah yang mempunyai kualiti, berintegriti serta bersedia menghadapi pemberdayaan.
Sdr Jamil yang telah menyeru ahli-ahli memperkukuhkan Kesatuan dan menyahut untuk menggalas tanggungjawab dalam menterjemahkan kehendak dan aspirasi NUBE melihat ahli-ahli berkualiti dan bersedia untuk menghadapi segala cabaran-cabaran di sektor perbankan pada masakini.
Mesyuarat juga telah melantik Ahli Jawatankuasa Penyelaras bagi sessi 2020/2021.
