Most of the time workers and Union Leaders (excluding those on shift) are only available to come to MTUC after office hours, unfortunately MTUC is closed at 5.30pm.

During our visits to the various Unions, we received many reports and complaints from workers and Trade Union Leaders who found it difficult to obtain satisfactory services from MTUC.

In view of their legitimate concerns, when elected, BARISAN MANTAP MTUC will ensure the MTUC Service Centre is opened and functioning from 9am to 9pm, Mondays to Fridays to render advice/guidance for workers and Union Leaders who require it.
The services will be provided free of charge and will also be extended to foreign workers.

We have sufficient number of volunteers from Trade Union Leaders, IR Practitioners and the Legal fraternity to serve at the centre after office hours.

BARISAN MANTAP MTUC will also invite young and aspiring union leaders to participate at this Service Centre to enable them to acquire knowledge to serve workers.

We will also provide Mobile Services direct to MTUC President, Secretary General and all Principal Officers that have agreed to provide their mobile phone number to be contacted by workers who need assistance or advises.
