Institusi Kewangan (FI) adalah kedai peluh perhambaan zaman moden. Pekerja di kedai peluh FI ini dikerah untuk mencapai petunjuk prestasi utama (KPI) pihak pengurusan tinggi, biasanya, jualan, jualan dan lebih banyak jualan.
Ini sengaja dilakukan untuk mewujudkan persekitaran di mana seorang pekerja mengepit pekerja lain dalam usaha kononnya diisytiharkan sebagai "juara" di tempat kerja sebagai balasan untuk ganjaran dan pengiktirafan remeh.
Ini telah membawa kepada masyarakat FI yang tidak mengambil berat antara satu sama lain sehingga terhapus sebarang perasaan empati malah simpati. Dalam persekitaran FI psikopat dengan ketamakan korporat ini, wujud, suara harapan, ramai ahli NUBE yang prihatin, bertimbang rasa dan berperikemanusiaan.
Salah seorang ahli tersebut ialah Sis Nur Atikah Athirah Binti Mohammad Aris yang telah bangkit sebagai suara solidariti untuk Mohd Nizam Bin Mohd Din, yang melalui beberapa serangan jantung dan amat memerlukan perentak jantung.
