Akhirnya pada 30 Mac 2022 hingga 1 April 2022 lalu, seramai 12 Ahli Jawatankuasa (AJK) dari Cawangan Johor, Melaka dan Seremban (SMJ) telah mengambil bahagian dalam Program Pembangunan Kapasiti bagi Inspirasi Dalam Solidariti (CaPIS) di Kalumpang Resort & Training Centre, Hulu Selangor.
Program ini diadakan bagi meningkatkan inspirasi melalui solidariti ke arah kemajuan diri dan kesejahteraan AJK SMJ.
Program diisi dengan pelbagai sesi aktiviti sama ada dalam kelas mahupun di luar kelas, yang keseluruhannya melibatkan komponen kerjasama berpasukan dan berinteraksi dalam kumpulan untuk memastikan matlamat dicapai demi kepentingan solidariti.
Pasukan tenaga pengajar, antaranya Setiausaha Agong NUBE, Bro J Solomon dan jurulatih, En Iskandar bersama pasukannya telah banyak memberi input dan inspirasi dalam melakukan kerja secara berpasukan. Terima Kasih semua.
Pengalaman tiga hari di Kalumpang Resort & Training Centre tidak akan dilupakan kerana ilmu yang diperoleh sangat berharga seiring keindahan resort dengan alam semula jadi yang masih terpelihara. Ia juga menggambarkan kami yang berkhidmat dengan ikhlas dan semangat tanpa mengira masa demi manfaat bersama ahli.
