Isu - isu pekerja golongan B40 & M40 di HSBC terus didiamkan tanpa sebarang tindakan dari YB sehingga kini. YB mampu sedarkan diri di dalam kemelut sedia ada, tetapi kemelut yang sekian lama dibiarkan tanpa pembelaan yang wajar.
YB Tengku Zafrul juga diibaratkan "menanam tebu di tepi bibir" kepada golongan B40 dan M40 terutama isu yang di bangkitkan oleh NUBE.
