Setiap ahli juga perlu tahu bahawa disebalik solidariti jitu yang diberikan akan membawa kepada sebuah kejayaan yang amat bermakna. Contohnya Perjanjian Kolektif (CA) MCBA/NUBE yang telah termeterai dengan jayanya pada 12 April 2023.
Dalam membentuk pasukan yang lebih baik, setiap ahli perlu melibatkan diri secara langsung dalam semua hal dan aktiviti samada anjuran pihak Pengurusan dan Kesatuan.
Begitulah antara titipan nasihat oleh Timbalan Presiden Nube iaitu Sdra Abdul Jamil Hj Jalaludeen dalam Mesyuarat Agung Tahunan (AGM) CIMB Bank Cawangan Prima Tanjung. Mesyuarat ini telah diadakan di NUBE House bagi bertujuan untuk melantik (AJK Penyelaras IRC) bagi sesi 2023/24.Turut hadir bersama Naib Presiden Nube NR PKP Sdra Zainul, AJK Cawangan Sdri Sonia dan AJK Kerja Sdra Alvin Cheng.
