Dengan bantuan ahli-ahli AJK NUBE dari cawangan PKP, Sis Mary berjaya menggunakan Artikel 4 untuk menyelesaikan aduannya terhadap seorang pegawai bank yang sering bersikap kasar dan menghina beliau di hadapan pelanggan. Pegawai tersebut juga membuli Sis Mary dengan menyuruhnya melakukan kerja pegawai tersebut, menyebabkan tekanan yang besar sehingga beliau hampir berputus asa.
