Sis A Karuna terus menekan HR Bank untuk kelulusan. Pada 27 Oktober 2018, lewat malam, alat pacu jantung diluluskan. Hospital dimaklumkan segera. Malam itu juga Sis A Karuna memaklumkan Yushamizan, yang segera memberitahu isteri Nizam.
Pada 28 Oktober 2018, Sis A Karuna melawat Nizam dan isterinya di hospital untuk menyampaikan berita dan bertemu doktor Nizam. Malangnya, doktor memaklumkan bahawa Nizam terlalu lemah dan implant hanya boleh dilakukan setelah Nizam pulih kekuatannya.
29 Oktober 2018, adalah hari yang gelap bagi NUBE dan keluarga Nizam. Nizam menyerah pada pertarungannya dengan jantungnya dan kembali ke Rahmatullah sekitar pukul 5:30 petang.
Apabila Bro J Solomon mendengar ini, beliau berang. Beliau memanggil Bank untuk pertemuan bagi menangani ketidakadilan ini.
