Petikan oleh Henry Ford ini adalah Ucapan Perasmian Setiausaha Agung NUBE, Sdra J Solomon di seminar pendahuluan NUBE KLSP pada 24 September 2022.
Solomon memaklumkan kepada para peserta bahawa NUBE banyak melabur untuk latihan dengan objektif mendekati seramai ahli yang boleh untuk mewujudkan kesedaran tentang kepentingan mengetahui hak mereka dan menggunakan hak tersebut dengan betul.
Solomon turut menekankan kepentingan disiplin di tempat kerja yang secara langsung akan membina sahsiah yang mempunyai disiplin yang tinggi dalam kehidupan.
Ini akan menerapkan nilai yang baik termasuk keinginan terhadap pembelajaran sepanjang hayat. Keinginan ini sebaliknya akan menyalakan hajat untuk mempelajari fungsi pekerjaan baharu di tempat kerja dan kemahiran untuk pembangunan peribadi dalam landskap yang sentiasa berubah.
Para peserta NUBE KLSP Advance Seminar menghayati kata-kata Solomon dan membangkitkan banyak persoalan menarik semasa sesi dialog bersama Solomon.
Dialog seperti ini menarik dan saya gembira dapat berinteraksi dengan ahli kata Solomon.
Peserta menerima Sijil Pencapaian kerana berazam untuk menyempurnakan semua modul latihan peringkat cawangan NUBE KLSP dengan jayanya.
