MELAKA, 23 Ogos: NUBE Cawangan SMJ telah menganjurkan Intermediate Seminar 2022 di La Crista Hotel Melaka selama tiga hari mulai 19 Ogos lalu.
Sepanjang seminar itu, pelbagai aspek telah diberikan tumpuan, antaranya peranan dan tanggungjawab IRC, minit mesyuarat, pengurusan mesyuarat, Perjanjian Kolektif, dan Perlembagaan NUBE.
Aktiviti luar kelas juga diadakan.
Seramai 28 orang peserta telah mengambil bahagian dalam seminar ini, dan telah dikendalikan oleh Presiden NUBE dan Setiausaha Kehormat NUBE SMJ, Sdr Tan Eng Hong, dengan dibantu Sdr Kamaruddin, Sdr Sharifuddin dan Sdri Evelyn Chan.
Seminar ini telah memberi suntikan baharu ke atas para peserta. Para peserta sangat positif dan berpuas hati kerana mereka kini yakin dalam menangani isu di tempat kerja mereka dan juga untuk meningkatkan kebajikan ahli.
