Adalah dimaklumkan bahawa terdapat pertikaian perusahaan diantara NUBE dan HSBC Bank yang disebabkan oleh tindak-tanduk HSBC Bank yang sengaja melanggar Perjanjian Kolektif dan undang-undang. HSBC Bank sedang mengugut, mengganggu ahli-ahli NUBE secara berterusan dan menindas mereka. HSBC Bank juga sedang mengamalkan tipu muslihat dalam menangani isu-isu berkaitan rakan-rakan kita.
Pihak HSBC Bank enggan bertolak ansur berhubung isu-isu yang berkaitan dengan ahli-ahli kita dan sedang giat berusaha memutar belitkan fakta isu-isu yang terbabit.
Lanjutan daripada pertikaian perusahaan tersebut di atas, NUBE akan mengadakan Piket terhadap HSBC Bank demi membela kepentingan warga NUBE. Picket tersebut akan diadakan seperti berikut: -

Piket ini adalah penting untuk memastikan Saudara/Saudari kita di HSBC Bank terbela. Kami yakin setiap ahli NUBE akan turut bersama dalam Piket ini serta menjiwai perjuangan ini menentang ketidakadilan yang dilakukan oleh HSBC Bank ke atas rakan-rakan kita.
