Setiausaha agungnya J Solomon berkata ketika Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) dan Kementerian Kewangan bersungguh-sungguh meneruskan agenda digitalisasi dan perbankan digital, masih belum ada cadangan yang jelas mengenai bagaimana bank harus melindungi keselamatan pekerjaan pekerja yang terjejas.
